Will Dobbs-Allsop, #18912
Brooklyn, NY
About
#18912 Will Dobbs-Allsopp first arrived at Camp Dudley in the summer of 2003, at the urging of fellow Princeton resident #10787 Wayne Meisel. Will stayed for all four camper years, before entering the leadership ranks—eventually becoming a Leader, Plebe D-Head, and A-Hut staff for several summers. He still tries to make it up for a week of idle summer leisure whenever possible.
During a brief stint covering Congress as a reporter, Will was blessed to enjoy a vibrant Dudley-Kiniya alumni community in D.C., including monthly hymn sings at DKAA co-chair #21013 Sarah “Bear” McKani’s apartment. He later attended law school, and now works as the Policy Director at Governing for Impact, a D.C.-based nonprofit dedicated to progressive regulatory advocacy.
Today, Will lives in Brooklyn, where he eagerly reunites with new and old Dudley-Kiniya friends in the city whenever possible. He is thrilled and grateful for the opportunity to give back to a place that has proved so influential on him and his life.
