#20608 Martha McKinley grew up in Westport, NY, and is the daughter of #14508  Peggy Bolster and #10399 Hokey McKinley, sister to # 22008 Willa and #19399 Bo McKinley. Martha first experienced leadership at Kiniya as an Aide in 2007. She returned to Dudley in 2011 as a staff member in the A-Hut serving for four years. Martha led the first Spain Exchange in 2015  and continues to frequent Dudley each summer. 

Martha works for, Marstone, Inc., a FinTech company, that develops investing software with a mission to make these tools accessible to everyone, regardless of their education or wealth. Martha deeply believes in equality and is proud to work for a firm that strives to create products with this in mind. 

Martha and her wife, Gillian, were married at Camp Dudley in 2018 in the first same-sex marriage at Dudley. They spend their time between New York City and Westport, NY. They welcomed their first child, a son Gray, who was on Dudley’s campus when just a few days old. 

She is very excited and humbled to join the Board of Trustees and looks forward to serving the community that has served her in so many ways.
