Growing up in Melbourne, Australia, Marnie arrived at Kiniya for her first summer on staff in 1994. Over 30 years, Marnie has dedicated herself to the camp’s success, serving as Director for the past 20 summers. A champion of Kiniya’s unique culture, she has tirelessly integrated Dudley’s values and traditions, fostering a vibrant and inclusive community where every camper feels valued and respected. Her leadership is marked by unwavering enthusiasm, encouraging creativity, and embracing new ideas while upholding the cherished traditions that make Kiniya so special.
With a vibrant spirit and a passion for youth development, Marnie is deeply committed to empowering young people, fostering their personal growth, and cultivating strong leadership skills. She creates a supportive and nurturing environment where campers thrive, build confidence, and discover their full potential. Her dedication to their development has had a profound and lasting impact on countless lives, inspiring them to become their best selves.
As a strong advocate for the camping experience, Marnie has served on the Vermont Camp Association Board and actively participates in the American Camp Association.
