Jess Storey
Dudley Stewardship & Aquatics Director (1996)
About
Jess’s first summer was 1996 when she worked in the camp office and soon after spent time as a lifeguard at Swim Point. Jess and Matt moved to campus full-time with their 3 children in 2010 when he became the camp director. Jess has over 10 years of experience as a middle and high school teacher (Mt. Greylock Regional High School, Lenox High School, Pine Cobble School, and Holderness School). In addition, she has been a certified personal trainer for 13 years (certified in nutrition, yoga, personal training, TRX, and SPIN). She has worked closely with Matt to help support Camp Dudley over the last 14 years and has gained valuable experience during that time. During the summers, as the waterfront director, she leads the busiest program on campus and is a member of the management team. In the off-season, she focuses on stewardship – stewardship of our people, of our facilities, and of our community. Outside of camp, Jess has been involved with the local school and other nonprofit organizations and helps local friends stay healthy and fit. She has degrees from St. Lawrence University and Middlebury College.
