Welcome New Board Chair, Erinn Harley-Lewis
We are thrilled to announce and welcome Erinn Harley-Lewis #25368 as the new Chair of the Board of Trustees for Camp Dudley and Camp Kiniya.
Erinn’s journey with our Camps began in 2016 when she first arrived at Camp Dudley with her son, Spencer #24268. From that very first summer, Erinn and her family were captivated by the warmth and inclusivity of our community, and over the years, Camp has truly become “home” for the Lewis family. Spencer’s sisters, Celeste #25468 and Noelle #26668, have spent numerous summers ‘neath the pines at Camp Kiniya, while Erinn has passionately contributed her time and expertise as a Trustee since 2018, including serving as Vice-Chair in 2024.
Erinn brings a rich and varied professional background to her leadership role. She works for Freddie Mac in Northern Virginia, specializing in financial transactions and risk management. A graduate of Emory University with a Bachelor’s in African and African American Studies and the University of Pennsylvania Law School with a Juris Doctorate, Erinn began her career as a corporate attorney in New York City and Washington, DC.
Erinn’s global experiences are equally impressive. Together with her husband, Mark, who works for the U.S. State Department, Erinn has lived and worked in South Africa, Trinidad, Kenya, and Hong Kong. While in Johannesburg, she worked as an investment banker, and in Kenya and Hong Kong, she earned an elementary education certification and taught at prestigious international schools. She also served as Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Directors at the International School of Kenya. Originally from New Rochelle, New York, Erinn and her family now reside in Northern Virginia.
Erinn’s passion for Camp Dudley and Camp Kiniya, her extensive professional expertise, and her unwavering dedication make her an outstanding leader of our Board of Trustees. We are deeply grateful for her commitment and excited to have her at the helm as we continue to grow and enrich the lives of future generations.
Please join us in warmly welcoming and congratulating Erinn Harley-Lewis as our new Board Chair!
