On May 29, 2020, the Camp community lost a long time friend with the passing of #9106 Greg Farrell. Greg lived a remarkable life that was characterized by demonstrating “The Other Fellow First” in all that he did.  (Read Greg’s complete obituary here.) Among his many lifetime accomplishments, Greg was a founder of the NYC Outward Bound Schools and EL Education (formerly Expeditionary Learning). As a tribute to Greg’s leadership and work, the NYC Outward Bound Schools have created the Greg Farrell Award that will be presented every year in December. We are awaiting news of the 2020 award winner. Please take a moment to learn more about this special tribute and the selection criteria.
