Yesterday was the Junior Division Extravaganza, and nothing beats some great, hands-on science experiments. The Juniors dressed up like students, and then made volcanoes using sodium bicarbonate (that’s baking soda to those of us not as educated in the ways of science as the juniors are), made oobleck using cornstarch, and made soda fountains by dropping Mentos into Diet Coke.
And what did we learn? At Camp Dudley at Kiniya, we LOVE science . . . especially if we get to make a mess!
