August 14th Dudley’s 2nd Parents’ Weekend

Here’s what you can expect this year at Parents’ Weekend at Camp Dudley…
Saturday, August 14th
2 PM – Parents park at the upper fields and walk down to meet their son(s) at Witherbee Hall on the main campus
3 PM – Parents enjoy The Big Show in Witherbee Hall
4:30 PM – Parents watch their son(s) participate in divisional activities at various sites on the campus
6 PM – Picnic on the main campus
7:30 PM – Parents join campers for Hymn Sing in Witherbee Hall
9 PM – Parents depart for the evening
Sunday, August 15th
9:00 AM – Parents begin arriving at the upper fields parking lot and please walk directly to Chapel. Parents will not be permitted on the main campus at this time
10 AM – Chapel.
11 AM – 1 PM – Departure. You may have to wait as we filter cars onto and off of the main campus. We ask for your patience and good humor. There will be refreshments and lost & found available at the upper fields while you wait.
We are looking forward to parents weekend and will be there for the festivities!
David and I are looking forward to parents weekend. Our daughter and David’s parents will join us.
We are VERY excited about Parents Weekend and will be there on Saturday at 2:00!!
We are looking forward to representing our Grand son’s parents at parents day!
We look forward to seeing Tim in person. We are excited to learn first hand how his time was at Camp Dudley. Letters & on-line photos are great. But hearing his voice again will be wonderful.

So sorry that we can’t join you all for parents’ weekend, but we can’t wait to welcome Peter home to France very soon. We haven’t heard much from him and he seems to avoid the camp camera, but we know that his time has been rich and exciting. Thank you!
